Open Question: Grooming Q= for pros or experienced amateurs,please?

What's the worst mess you've had to clean up? Matted,butchered by others &/or plain old nasty-dog? I'm hard pressed to decide between the *11LBS.* (yes,saved & weighed!) of matted coat I had to take off an OES whose owners swore that they'd "brushed it every day" OR the poodle-ish mutt who's ears were stuck to it's head,who's tail was as solid as a baseball bat *&* who's back was taken off in one piece like a turtle shell! Can you beat them? &...the muffified mouse in a Newf's belly coat...the cocker who's owners kids had glued fake-fingernails to...the one that been cut (3-4 in.gash ) that somebody had tried to hide by tying a bow to a clump of hair from each side ...&....the aus.shepherd w/a foot or so of barb-wire in her crotch.... got more?...
